about walrus core

Two minerals, made properly, in the UK.

Walrus Core started with a simple frustration: turn over most supplement bottles and the active ingredient is one line out of six. We wanted the mineral, in its best-absorbed form, at a dose that does something — and nothing else in the capsule.

So that’s what we make. Magnesium glycinate and zinc glycinate, encapsulated and packed in the UK, each with its Certificate of Analysis published. A third product arrives when we can make it to the same standard — not before.

Walrus Core

the form, not the cheapest form

Glycinate costs several times more than oxide to buy. It is better absorbed and far gentler on the stomach, which is the difference between a supplement you take and one you abandon in a drawer.

two ingredients, not six

Mineral and capsule. No bulking agents, flow aids, anti-caking agents or colours. Filling capsules is slower this way; we think that is our problem, not yours.

the paperwork, published

Every mineral shipment arrives with a Certificate of Analysis. We publish it, including what it does and doesn’t prove. Independent finished-product testing is next.
Built for the cold. Nothing to spare.
A walrus survives the Arctic on a simple diet and a lot of reserve. No excess, no waste — just what the body needs, in the amounts it needs. That is the whole brief.
